Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Dr Shea LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional care to all our clients. In order to do so, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Minimum Notice Requirement: Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments with a minimum notice of 48 hours. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in no refund for the scheduled service. This policy is in place to compensate for the time set aside specifically for you, which could have been allocated to another client in need. Termination of Services: Consistency is key in therapeutic progress. Therefore, if a client cancels less than 48 hours in advance for three separate instances, we will need to reassess our ability to continue providing services. In such cases, services may be terminated to ensure that our resources are being utilized by those who can commit to their scheduled appointments. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Therefore, we may make exceptions to the above policies on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. We encourage clients to reschedule rather than cancel when possible.
